Roseberry Realty, LLC on behalf of a prospective tenant has requested verification of your current or previous tenant's rental history.  We have obtained permission from the tenant to inquire and retrieve the necessary information to propoerly assess their fitness into our apartment unit, for which the tenant is currently applying.
