By completing this form you acknowledge and understand that a maintenance person designated by the owner will enter the premises for any and all maintenance requests regardless of whether or not the tenant is present when deemed an emergent issue by the landlord. Outside of an emergency the tenant should expect that there will be communication in the online form as a reply to the request with a 24 hour notice of entry in order to ensure that the necessary repairs are performed promptly and efficiently.
